i don't know, from what i see the icons are uneven and not uniformed...kinda sluggish...

You just dont understand special japanase style: simple fun colors icon with text, its grate! In japane this theme will be on 1st) the icons looks like Signboards of japanese magazines, This all is made special)

Hmmm regardless of taste or culture, you can tell if icons have had time and thought spent on them, i dont think they have in this case

With more work it could be cool though, don't want to be too negative

i think it looks good. make sure you create alot of icons. the themes that do the best are the ones that support alot of programs.
