does anyone know how to change the start up apple logo when switch on the iphone? instead of being the apple, prolly a batman logo, superman or anything..

You have to use either WinPwn if your on Windows, or PwnageTool if your on a Mac.

Nope, but do you understand what it is used for. It allows you to restore your iPhone to a custom firmware, and you can change the bootscreen when you make the firmware.
This is probably a little over your head, so you will probably have to wait till BootSwap is released by Drunkenbass (which could be never )
