This patches safari to allow for local file access using file://. Useful for storing html or pdf files on your local drive and viewing them later, offline. Can perhaps combine with historydownloader.  To install add “sleepers.net/iphonerepo” to your installer sources and find it under the Tweaks 1.1.3 category.
