iShare is a nifty little app which works in tandem with a free sendspace account to allow you to download/upload files to and from your iPhone and your sendspace account. The guys at sendspace created this app. No ads, no annoying popups, and the included file browser works great for finding/saving your files. Not bad!

iShare is available from their site and through Installer.app.
