To solve this issue, you will need to do some hacking.
To learn how to connect to your iPhone and or iPod touch see this post.
Log in to your iPhone or iPod touch with SSH and do the following:
1) check if you have “ioreg” binary in /usr/bin/ directory
2) If not download it from here and upload it to /usr/bin
3) chmod 755 /usr/bin/ioreg
4) run chown mobile:mobile /Applications/iSlsk.app/
5) run chown mobile:mobile /Applications/iSlsk.app/*
6) Download libncurses.5.dylib from here and upload only libncurses.5.dylib to /usr/lib
7) run chmod 777 /usr/lib/lib*
IF you still can’t get it to work i suggest waiting for the next release.

This fix worked for me...
I was able to download a song from someone, when it finished it showed up under the downloads tab, then I clicked import and when that finished the song disappeared. I found it in my ipod app on my iphone listed under "unknown", but it will not play it. I logged into my phone via ssh and found the song, copied it to my hard drive and it played just fine... hmmmmm

For all of you having trouble importing your downloaded music into the ipod player, simply download AVplayer and finder. Browse to /private/var/mobile/Media/Downloads on firmware 1.1.3-1.1.4 or
/private/var/root/Media/Downloads on firmwares 1.1.2 and lower.
Select the song you want to play and click open with AVplayer.
WOW, this is surprisingly useful over edge with 17kb download speeds. Screw Apple and the iTunes music store, they didn't want you downloading music over edge but now we are

Thank god this thing runs in the background, it'd be a pain in the *** to let the thing go at 18 kb/s.
Amazing app after a little SSH work
