BossPrefs is a third party app that adds many additional preferences to your iPhone.  Allows many things like turing edge, wifi, bluetooth, ssh, and  more on and off from a pretty GUI.  Great app.
 
 
 To install add “sleepers.net/iphonerepo” to your installer sources and find it under the Utilities Category.  More Info.  Developers Site.
